Order review and project handover
We check the files and requirements, then confirm the scope, quantity, lead time and any special conditions.

Before production, we check the manufacturing data and BOM. Any missing or unclear information is resolved before the order is released.

Component sourcing and incoming inspection
We buy through authorized distributors. Components and PCBs are inspected on receipt, and moisture-sensitive parts are stored under controlled conditions.

SMT assembly
Solder paste printing, component placement and vapor phase reflow.

Automated optical inspection
Every assembled PCB undergoes AOI. We check component presence, polarity, alignment and solder joint quality.

THT assembly and soldering
Through-hole components are fitted and soldered by selective, wave or hand soldering, depending on the board.

Cleaning and board protection
Every board is cleaned with a two-stage rinse. Selective conformal coating is available for products used in demanding environments.

EOL testing
Functional tests can be run on our own fixtures or on customer-supplied equipment. Firmware programming and calibration can be included.

We can deliver assembled PCBs, complete assemblies or finished products ready for shipment.

Component sourcing and management
We buy through authorized distributors and monitor availability and lifecycle status. We suggest suitable alternatives when a part is unavailable.
Cable harnesses
We can manufacture cable harnesses as part of the same order and connect them to the PCBs and other components.
Mechanical parts and enclosures
CNC parts, laser-cut components, 3D printing and custom foam packaging can be supplied with the electronics.
Deliveries and logistics
Partial deliveries, blanket orders and JIT supply can be arranged to match your production schedule.
