Privacy & cookie policy
Effective from 21 July 2026This policy describes how Nossberger s.r.o. processes the personal data of visitors and manufacturing inquirers through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller

We have not appointed a data protection officer.
2. What data we process
When you fill in the inquiry form or contact us by email, we process the data you provide to us:
- full name,
- email address,
- phone number (optional),
- details of the requested job (quantity, deadline, description) and attached files (e.g. Gerber, BOM).
Attachments from the form are not stored on the web server - they are sent directly by email to our address and the temporary files are deleted after sending.
When you visit the website, we also process technical data through cookies and analytics tools (see the Cookies section).
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
- Handling your inquiry and communication - legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract, or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to your request (point (f)).
- Compliance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax) - Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Analytics and marketing cookies - based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Data retention period
- Data from inquiries that do not result in an order is kept for the duration of our communication and then for a maximum of 1 year.
- If an inquiry results in an order, we keep the related documents for the period required by law (accounting and tax documents typically 10 years).
- Cookie consent is valid for 180 days, after which we ask you again.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or pass on personal data to third parties for their own purposes. We use trusted processors to process it:
- Google Ireland Ltd. - Google Analytics and Google Ads (traffic statistics and advertising measurement, only if consent is given);
- WEDOS Internet, a.s. - operation of the website and email inbox.
6. Transfers to third countries
When using Google services, some data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Google ensures an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right:
- to access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- to rectification of inaccurate data,
- to erasure ("the right to be forgotten"),
- to restriction of processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing,
- to withdraw your consent at any time,
- to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

8. Data security
We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including controlled access and secure transmission (HTTPS). Attachments from the inquiry form are not stored on the web server.
9. Use of cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We always use necessary cookies; analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent given in the cookie bar. You can change your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer.
We use Google Consent Mode v2 - until consent is given, no analytics or marketing cookie storage runs.
