We check the documentation
We review the production data, BOM and component availability and flag anything that needs to be corrected or added.
We confirm the production plan
We agree the manufacturing method, lead time and any remaining technical details.
We build the order
We place and solder the components, clean the boards and carry out any other required operations.
We inspect and test
Each order is inspected and tested to the agreed specification, including AOI and functional testing where required.
We deliver
The finished order may include assembled PCBs, cable harnesses or complete units.

What do you need to prepare a quote?
Ideally, send us the production data, BOM, placement file, assembly drawing and required quantity. If something is missing, we'll let you know.
Can you manufacture a single unit?
Yes. Single units are common for prototypes and early builds.
Can you handle urgent orders?
Yes. Expedited production is available. The exact lead time depends on the order, the quality of the documentation and material availability.
Can you work with incomplete documentation?
Yes. Send us what you have and we'll tell you what needs to be added.
Is everything manufactured in-house?
Yes. PCB assembly, cable harness production, testing and final assembly are all handled at our facility. We do not outsource production.
Can you purchase the components?
Yes. We buy components through verified distributors such as Farnell, either for use in your build or as a separate supply order. We can suggest alternatives for unavailable parts.
Can you also supply cable harnesses and final assembly?
Yes. We can add cable harnesses, mechanical assembly and other finishing operations to the PCB build.

Yes. We can sign an NDA before you send us any files.
