DFM review and data preparation
Before components are ordered and production begins, we check the data and BOM for manufacturability and resolve any open technical points.
Production data review
We compare the production data, BOM and placement files with our manufacturing capabilities. The review covers:
- Gerber files and PCB fabrication data
- BOM availability, package details and reference designators
- Consistency between the placement data, BOM and design
- Features that may complicate assembly or testing
If we find a discrepancy or production risk, we contact you and resolve it before work starts.
