Wire cutting and preparation
Wires are cut precisely on a Schleuniger EcoStrip 9380 and twisted to the required specification.

Crimping and wire termination
We use a StripCrimp 200 for manual and semi-automatic crimping and a Rennsteig CM 25 for insulated terminals.

Harnesses are built to the assembly drawing, then bundled, marked and labelled.

We check the wiring, continuity and insulation resistance of every finished harness.
