Quality is managed through a certified and regularly audited system. Our production processes are documented, traceable and secure.
Certifications and compliance
ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016
Certified since 2021. Certificate No. 1050/2024/SC/Q is valid until August 2027 (IAF S 3209) and is subject to annual surveillance audits.
IPC-qualified staff
Production staff are trained to international IPC standards. Production managers hold valid IPC certifications.
RoHS and SVHC compliance
Our processes comply with RoHS and SVHC requirements. Lead-free and leaded solder pastes are processed to the customer specification.
Automotive reporting
We are registered in the IMDS and Volkswagen LSO systems and support automotive supply chain reporting.
Data security and IP protection
Customer data and know-how are protected by technical and organizational controls. Manufacturing documentation is accessible only to the people who need it.
Need-to-know access
We share only the manufacturing data required for the task, both internally and with subcontractors. Access can be limited to a dedicated team.
Paperless production
Drawings and BOMs are not left as printed copies on the production floor. Operators work from controlled digital instructions.
Audit trail when required
Our MRP system records an immutable audit trail for every operation. Full FDA 21 CFR Part 11 controls can be enabled when required by the order.
Full material traceability
Components are scanned from goods receipt through production. Barcode control reduces the risk of errors when materials are prepared for an order.
Long-term data retention
3D AOI data, X-ray inspection results and measurement reports are retained for at least five years for every order.
IT and cyber security
Our networks are protected to industrial standards. Customer data stays in Europe.
Hardware firewall
Network antivirus protection is backed by separate production and office networks.
802.1X network authentication
Every device must be authorized before it can connect to the network.
Role-based access
Users authenticate at every workstation and can access only the information required for their role.
Full-disk encryption
BitLocker is enabled on all user workstations, so customer data remains protected if a device is lost.
Physically secured storage
Company storage is physically secured and backed up using redundant end-to-end encryption.
Data stored in the Czech Republic and Germany
All data is stored on servers in the Czech Republic and Germany. Nothing is transferred outside the European Union.
Company data is stored only on physical servers in the Czech Republic and Germany. We use no cloud services outside the EU. Backups are redundant and end-to-end encrypted.
