Crimping and wire termination
Wires are terminated by manual or semi-automatic crimping, insulated-terminal crimping or soldering, depending on the connector.
Crimping equipment
The StripCrimp 200 is used for repeatable semi-automatic crimping. A Rennsteig CM 25 is used for insulated terminals.

Soldered terminations and insulation
Connectors that require soldering are assembled at Weller stations. Heat-shrink tubing can be added to insulate and protect the joint.
