Project handover and order review
Before work starts, we confirm the scope, delivery date and documentation needed for production.
Order review
We check the available files and discuss the scope, quantity, delivery date and any special requirements. An NDA can be signed before the files are shared.
Files can be uploaded through the quote form or sent by email. We will contact you if anything is missing.
What to send
The following files help us assess the order quickly:

PCB fabrication data Gerber files or ODB++

Bill of materials BOM with reference designators and package details

Placement data Pick-and-place file with component coordinates

Assembly drawing or instructions For manual assembly, THT components or special operations

Required quantity and delivery date
Documentation incomplete? Send us what you have. We will check it and tell you what else is needed.
What happens next
We first check that the documentation is complete. Missing or conflicting information is resolved with you before the order moves to data validation and production planning.
