Component sourcing and incoming inspection
We buy components through authorized distributors, inspect them on arrival and prepare them for production.
Component sourcing
Components are ordered only through authorized distribution channels. Direct API connections to suppliers give us current stock and price information.
When a part is unavailable, we find suitable alternatives and submit them for approval. We also monitor lifecycle status and flag parts approaching end of life.
Checks during sourcing
- Current availability and lead times
- Package and part-number checks against the BOM
- Purchase through authorized distributors only
Incoming inspection and storage
On receipt, we verify the quantity, part identity and condition of the components. Bare PCBs are checked visually and against the specification.
Moisture-sensitive devices are kept under controlled conditions. Parts that require baking before soldering are processed automatically.
- Incoming inspection of components and bare PCBs
- Controlled storage for moisture-sensitive devices Relative humidity below 1%
- Material identification by barcode and 2D code
- Materials kept separate for each production batch
Traceability from goods receipt Every component and PCB is recorded on receipt. The supplier, batch and receipt date remain traceable throughout production.
