THT assembly and soldering
We fit connectors, relays, power components and other through-hole parts using selective, wave or hand soldering.
Soldering methods
The method depends on the PCB, component mix and quality requirements. Several methods are often combined on the same board.
- Selective soldering in nitrogen SEHO Selective Start with Pillargen nitrogen generator
- Wave soldering For boards with many through-hole components
- Hand soldering Weller stations for special operations and individual joints

Selective soldering in nitrogen
A protective nitrogen atmosphere improves wetting and solder joint quality. The machine solders only the programmed points, limiting heat exposure to nearby components.
This method is mainly used on mixed-technology boards where a full wave-soldering process is not suitable.
Hand soldering and press-fit
Weller stations are used for special operations and individual joints that are not suitable for an automated process.
Press-fit assembly Press-fit connectors are inserted into the PCB without solder. The process creates a reliable mechanical and electrical connection without heating nearby components.
